Registration and Operation of Snowmobiles and Vast Snowmobile Registrations

CONCISE SUMMARY: This is a change in the present rule adding an additional placement for the registration decal and removal of the safety certification from the rule and removal of other duplicate items in statute. 

TYPE OF PERSONS AFFECTED: All public, Vermont Association of Snow Travelers (VAST), Agency of Natural Resources, Vermont State Police.
