Newspapers of Record

Annually, the secretary of state designates a number of newspapers to provide general coverage across the state as the "Newspapers of Record" (see 3 V.S.A. § 839 (d) for details).

As of July 1, 2010 the detailed Notice of Rulemaking will be posted online and a single abbreviated notice published in the newspapers.

Below is the list of Newspapers in which the Office of the Secretary of State publishes notices of administrative rules in accordance with number 146 of the Acts of 2010 (section F4).
