Newspapers of Record
Annually, the secretary of state designates a number of newspapers to provide general coverage across the state as the "Newspapers of Record" (see 3 V.S.A. § 839 (d) for details).
As of July 1, 2010 the detailed Notice of Rulemaking will be posted online and a single abbreviated notice published in the newspapers of record.
Below is the list of Newspapers designated June 30, 2010 as the newspapers of record for the purpose of publishing administrative rule notices for the period of July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011.
