SEARCH BY AGENCY
Public agencies must be aware of laws, regulations, and policies that affect access to records, information, and data in their custody. This includes all records and information that they may receive from other agencies during the normal course of business. To assist public employees with Vermont's public records laws, the Vermont State Archives has indexed all restrictions to public access to records that appear in State statutes. Agencies and departments may search the database to locate laws that affect access to records in their custody.
Search by selecting an agency or department from the list below. Please note that this database is under development and content is subject to change; departments, for example, are not yet cross-referenced with their parent agencies. This database should be used for reference purposes only.
